1. Installation Address: The commercial building location.
2. Meter Number: The six-digit number located on the building's meter.
3. Customer Information: Chelan PUD account contact's name, email, and phone.
4. Receipt or contractor invoice: Showing all project costs and purchase or installation date.
5. Mailing address: The address where to send the incentive check if approved.
6. W-9: If your business will be receiving the incentive check. You can opt to provide this after submitting the application if needed.
Heat Pump Water Heater Incentive
1. New equipment details: Manufacturer and model number
2. Photos: Showing the old electric water heater and the newly-installed heat pump water heater, including:
  1. A wide shot showing the unit in its surrounding area, and
  2. A close up of the equipment nameplate.

Thermostat Incentive

1. Proof of U-Factor rating: Either on the receipt, invoice, or include a photo of the NFRC window sticker.
